🏅Robert Parker Wine Advocate 90pts-Parker: Composed mainly of Merlot with a smaller portion of Cabernet Franc, the medium garnet-purple colored 2015 Hervé Laroque has a nose of crushed blackberries and warm cherries with touches of underbrush, cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Medium-bodied, fine, fresh and elegant in the mouth, it has soft, ripe tannins and a long, perfumed finish.

📝品酒筆記: 葡萄酒呈現濃鬱的紅寶石色。這款酒濃鬱純美的香氣體現了桑葚、櫻桃、覆盆子和李子的果香，甜香料、木炭、礦物質和胡椒粉的誘人香氣在其周圍蔓延。口感精緻，單寧與新鮮的酸度完美融合並和諧地結合在一起，它華麗而柔和的框架帶有胡椒、菸草、牛軋糖、煙燻的韻味，餘味甘甜悠長。

Chateau Moulin Herve-Laroque莊園歷史久遠， 16公頃的葡萄園擁有Fronsac產區最老的葡萄藤(過百年的Malbec和70多年的Cabernet Franc)，而莊園平均樹齡也有45年以上。酒莊使用全人手採收和篩選葡萄，更會因應不同年份在橡木桶陳熟14-18個月，加上世界知名釀酒顧問Michel Rolland協助，每年只限量生產大約5000 箱的珍藏之作! 一直以來，葡萄酒界各大著名品評家、雜誌(Robert Parker, JamesSuckling, Wine Spectator, Decanter…等)連續多年都給予高度評分及讚賞。
