📝實試筆記: 紅寶石酒色。撲鼻的草莓、雲尼拿芳香之中，滲出成熟車厘子、蔓越莓紅色水果甜香，加上淡淡典雅雪茄盒及紫色花朵香氣非常誘人。入口單寧絲滑細膩，味道與香氣一致，給人感覺高貴優雅，是一支非常高質而且抵飲的中級酒莊紅酒。

Chateau Le Temple位於波爾多Medoc產區，在2012及最新2020年發佈的中級酒莊名單上皆獲得頭銜。酒莊自1933年被Bergey家族所收購，葡萄園面積15公頃，當中60%栽種CabernetSauvignon, 35%栽種Merlot和5%的Petit-Verdot。收採後的葡萄經過篩選發酵後，得出的酒液會注入法國橡木桶中熟成12個月，最後在酒莊內裝瓶。
