今次我地誠意搜羅到來自美國“Compart Family”廠商選用“天然道洛克豬”製作既Dry Aged帶骨肉眼豬扒介紹比大家。豬種品質非常高,有豬中黑安格斯的稱號,肌肉之間有充足油花,經過20天的風乾熟成(Dry Aged), 表面水份蒸發後使味道更為集中,熟成過程中肉内的天然酵素把肌肉的連結組織分離而軟化,從而增加風味,使肉質軟嫩,保持鮮粉紅色和濃郁肉汁~
(溫馨提示: 最好細火慢煎,千萬唔好怕唔熟而煎過火呀,內裡少少粉紅就最靚喇~)
