📝品酒筆記：2021年被視為「葡萄酒愛好者的年份(A Wine-Lover's Vintage)」，它不以高酒精感取勝，而是以精準的酸度與優雅的果香脫穎而出。這款混釀以Merlot的圓潤為主軸，輔以Cabernet Sauvignon的骨架，並加入少量的Petit Verdot增添辛香色彩。
👃香氣：展現出清新且具有層次感的紅色漿果芬芳，如覆盆子與紅醋栗，並交織著淡淡的雪松、菸葉以及波爾多經典的石墨氣息。
口感：2021年份的口感比起溫暖年份更顯輕盈(Medium-bodied)，但酸度極其明亮活潑。單寧細緻如絲，沒有絲毫的粗糙感，餘韻帶著一抹清新的草本芬芳與礦物質感。
酒評成績：該酒莊常年獲得Gilbert & Gaillard金獎，以及James Suckling約 88-91分的評價。2021年份是一款非常「好配餐(Food-friendly)」的選擇，它具備了舊派波爾多的平衡感，而非現代工業風的過度濃縮。

Chateau de Panigon位於法國波爾多Medoc產區的Civrac-en-Medoc村落，是典型的Cru Bourgeois家族酒莊，起源可追溯至法國大革命前，1850年《Bordeaux and its wines》指南已提及Panigon，1868年被正式列為Cru Bourgeois。酒莊由Corinne Leveilley Dadda與Georges Dadda夫婦擁有，2006年起由女兒與女婿接手管理，注入現代化技術，專注Merlot主導的親民風格，成為Medoc價值之選。莊園總面積90公頃，其中葡萄園53公頃，品種為50% Merlot、45% Cabernet Sauvignon與5% Petit Verdot，藤齡平均28年，以Guyot修剪法管理，密度約6,000-7,000株/公頃，確保低產高質。風土獨特，土壤為65%礫石丘陵與35%黏土-石灰質，提供優異排水與礦物養分，位於Gironde河口附近，受海洋微風與河谷氣候影響，夏季溫和、日夜溫差大，賦予酒款鮮明黑果純淨與大地張力；鄰近Medoc其他Cru Bourgeois名莊。酒莊自2016年起由知名釀酒師Eric Boissenot(曾優化多座Medoc名莊)負責釀造，並推行可持續耕作，包括無農藥噴灑與土壤生物多樣性恢復，體現家族對傳統與環境的長期承諾。
