香氣：開瓶即綻放誘人黑紅果(黑漿果與黑櫻桃的脆甜調性)，伴隨薄荷、可可與玫瑰乾花的微妙芬芳，輕樸香料、黑醋栗與泥土礦物的鹹感，。
口感：入口如絲絨般流暢多汁，酸度活潑卻圓潤，果味中段湧現覆盆子與巧克力的蜜潤甜美，單寧柔順持久。
酒體：中等至豐滿，結構細膩不沉重，適合室溫16-18°C品飲，與烤鴨、野味或粵菜紅燒肉絕配。

Chateau La Croix du Casse酒莊位於Pomerol南部，葡萄園可溯至1775年植藤，但曾歷經遺棄期，1956年由著名Pomerol酒商Georges Audy(他同時擁有著名Chateau Clinet)購買，重植葡萄園，後由Audy-Arcaute家族管理，直至2005年被Casteja家族收購。Casteja家族是波爾多權威貿易集團Borie-Manoux的擁有者，同時掌控多處Grand Cru Classe莊園如Chateau Trottevieille(Saint-Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classe)，莊主Philippe Casteja被譽為「右岸現代化專家」，他注入巨資重組酒窖與葡萄園，強調有機耕作與手工採收，在傳統砂礫酒窖中陳釀(16-20個月橡木桶，約50%新桶增添結構)。這份復興讓酒莊從遺忘中重生，權威媒體如Wine Spectator與Decanter稱讚其為「Pomerol隱藏寶石，Casteja的精準注入新活力」。
Pomerol產區位於波爾多右岸，風土以藍黏土聞名，但Chateau La Croix du Casse選址南部13公頃砂礫鐵質土壤，海拔約35米，帶來輕盈紅果感與平衡酸度，葡萄園受益於Dordogne河谷涼風與南坡陽光，產量精緻卻充滿活力。相較同產區其他Pomerol紅酒，這酒款更突出「優雅多汁」的獨特風格——Philippe Casteja的精準混釀（Merlot主導圓潤，Cabernet Franc注入香料）避免過度濃厚，呈現Pomerol紅酒的「砂礫細膩」，而非黏土主導的濃重豐滿層次。2022年份在Pomerol紅酒中被譽為「果香鮮活、單寧絲滑且具陳年價值」，適合現在品嚐或繼續陳存。
