香氣：開瓶即綻放誘人黑紅漿果(李子與甜漿果的脆甜調性)，伴隨甘草、薄荷與泥土礦物的微妙，輕樸黑醋栗與梅子的鹹鮮，增添「礦物、甘草」的層次深度。
口感：入口如絲絨般流暢平衡，酸度活潑卻圓潤，果味中段湧現黑李子與煙草的蜜潤甜美，單寧細膩持久。
酒體：中等至豐滿，結構細膩不沉重，適合室溫16-18°C品飲，與烤鴨、野味或粵菜紅燒肉絕配。

Chateau La Gaffeliere酒莊歷史可溯至14世紀中葉，位於Saint-Emilion高原核心，毗鄰著名名莊如Chateau Angelus與Chateau Pavie，酒莊佔地22公頃，風土以石灰岩高原聞名，自1955年起獲Grand Cru Classe B等級，是Saint-Emilion分類的穩定成員。Clos La Gaffeliere作為二軍酒，於1985年獨立釀造，擁有專屬酒槽與酒窖，強調年輕藤蔓與精準混釀，延續正牌酒的優雅風格。莊主Hubert de Bouard de La Forest是著名釀酒師，同時擁有Chateau Canon La Gaffeliere(Grand Cru Classe B)與Chateau Pey La Tour等著名莊園，他被譽為「Saint-Emilion現代化先驅」，聘請顧問團隊監督有機耕作與手工採收，正牌酒在傳統石灰酒窖中陳釀(18個月橡木桶，75%新桶與25%中性桶)。儘管2022年因分類爭議主動退出Saint-Emilion評級，但其權威性不減，更獲得眾多酒評家與葡萄酒雜誌多次頒發高分。
