📝品酒筆記: L’Orme de Rauzan-Gassies 2016呈現深邃嘅紫紅色，帶紫色邊緣，酒色濃郁誘人。開瓶散發濃烈嘅黑加侖子、黑莓同紅櫻桃嘅香氣，夾雜紫羅蘭、雪松、煙草同輕微咖啡嘅細膩氣息，仲有陣陣土壤同香料嘅複雜香氣，層次分明。入口果味豐富，果香濃郁而平衡，帶有橡木桶嘅香草同烤吐司風味。單寧柔順細膩，似絲絨般滑順，酒體中等偏重，結構緊實，酸度清新，增添活力。餘韻悠長，帶有黑果、煙草同礦物感嘅回味，令人回味無窮。

Chateau Rauzan-Gassies位於波爾多左岸Margaux產區，起源可追溯至1661年，由波爾多商人Pierre de Rauzan創立，當時他收購Gassies領地及其葡萄園，建立酒莊聲譽。酒莊喺1855年波爾多分級被評為二級名莊（Second Growth），奠定其左岸頂級地位。法國大革命後，莊園一分為二，形成Rauzan-Gassies同Rauzan-Segla 兩大名莊。1946年，Paul Quie家族購入Rauzan-Gassies，現由其後代管理，家族同時擁有Chateau Bel Orme Tronquoy de Lalande同Chateau Croizet-Bages。L’Orme de Rauzan-Gassies係酒莊嘅獨立酒款，非典型副牌，來自Haut-Medoc產區Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne村嘅獨立葡萄園，由 Quie家族精心管理，品質媲美Margaux主牌酒。
L’Orme de Rauzan-Gassies來自Haut-Medoc嘅Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne村，葡萄園面積約30公頃，土壤為深層礫石同砂礫土壤，排水性能佳，利於66% Merlot同34% Cabernet Sauvignon成熟。葡萄樹平均樹齡30年，種植密度6500株/公頃，採用可持續農業，禁用化學除草劑，7月初進行葉面修剪，8月初綠色採收，確保果實濃度。
採收喺9月29日至10月18日進行，結合人手同機械採收，葡萄經手工同機械分選，確保品質。釀造方面，Merlot浸漬17-21日，Cabernet Sauvignon浸漬19-22日，喺溫控不銹鋼桶（25-28°C）進行酒精發酵6-8日，隨後進行15-30日嘅乳酸發酵，保留果香同單寧平衡。酒液喺法國橡木桶（50%新桶）陳釀12個月，增添香料同橡木層次。
