🏅Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate 90 pts- From northern Macau, the 2018 Belle-Vue includes five grapes in the blend for the first time this vintage: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carmenere. Aging is projected to run 14 months in 30% new, 30% one-year-old and 20% two-year-old barrels, and the wine has 14% alcohol. Deep garnet-purple colored, it sings of chocolate-covered cherries, fresh red and black currants and black raspberry scents with hints of wild sage, pencil lead and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has bags of freshness and energy with a chewy texture and mineral-tinged finish.

📝品酒筆記: 濃艷紅寶石酒色。成熟多汁的李子、黑櫻桃、醋栗和紫羅蘭花果香氣，伴隨著醇和可可豆、胡椒及香草等氣息。口感飽滿優雅，單寧細膩柔滑。優雅的李子、櫻桃果味與烤橡木、咖啡、甘草香料和絲絲火石礦物味道互相交織，味道甘美而富層次感，餘韻悠長。

Chateau Belle-Vue已有100多年前歷史，葡萄園面積約15公頃，平樹齡35年，當中擁有波爾多罕見的老年份Petit Verdot葡萄籐，部分更是由1907年開始種植。酒莊自2004年被Vincent Mulliez所收購之後，便踏進了輝煌現代歷史。Vincent其後亦收購了Chateau de Gironville及Chateau Bolaire，在他努力經營之下，三家酒莊的葡萄酒質素皆突飛猛進，於酒界得到了很好的評價。但Vincent於2010年不幸去世，留下產業給太太Isabelle管理經營。Isabelle接手酒莊後，除了秉承丈夫對葡萄酒一絲不苟的精神外，更不斷提高出產品質，終令酒莊在2020年中級酒莊三級制之中，獲得了特級中級莊(Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel)最高名譽，而在Haut-Medoc產區內僅有8家酒莊得此稱號，足見其實力非凡~
