📝品酒筆記: 濃艷的紫紅酒色。開瓶即噴發誘人的黑莓、黑加侖子等漿果芳香，緊接果香之後是輕柔的花蜜甜香，加上點點可可豆和清新雪松幽香，香氣非常迷人。(透氣45分鐘後更添橡木桶演化的奶油、拖肥糖甜香)口感醇和豐滿，單寧絲滑順喉。樹莓、黑醋栗果味結合黑朱古力、咖啡及絲絲杏仁堅果的微甘味道，餘韻甘甜，絕對是一支非常出色的瑪歌酒款。

Chateau Deyrem Valentin於2020年發佈的中級酒莊名單中，是瑪歌產區內僅有的3間超級中級酒莊(Cru Bourgeois Superieur)之一。著名葡萄酒評家Jancis Robinson在2010年發佈的波爾多選購指南中，更評定Chateau Deyrem Valentin為性價比最高的波爾多酒莊之一。而評酒大神Robert Parker所創建的Wine Advocate亦評價此酒是最為經典的瑪歌風格。

酒莊歷史可追溯到1730年，經過200年輾轉易手後，至1928年才由現今莊主Sorge家族所收購，並於1938年向鄰近的Chateau Palmer購買了部份土地以加大產能。目前莊園佔地14公頃，葡萄園栽種了50%梅洛、49%的赤霞珠和1%的小維多，當中部份葡萄樹齡更長達100年，這令到出產的葡萄酒更添層次和風味。當葡萄成熟至理想程度時，酒莊會使用全人手採收及利用先進設備逐粒分揀，再於傳統的水泥鑵進行釀造和使用蘋果酸進行發酵、蛋白澄清等工序，最後將葡萄酒注入30%新的法國橡木桶中陳釀15個月，才於酒莊裝瓶出售。
