📝實試筆記: 深紅寶石帶紫色光暈酒色。典雅的波爾多木桶雲尼拿奶油風味中帶有黑醋栗、車厘子、黑李等漿果甜香及一絲玫瑰花瓣、薄荷芬芳，加上底習淡淡的典雅橡木香氣。單寧柔軟細膩容易入喉，酒體豐滿而平衡，新鮮莓果、黑李子加上杉木味道完美融和，餘韻悠長，令人讚嘆釀酒師的精湛手藝，是一支非常優雅的超班中級酒款，與各式精緻佳餚都容易搭配。

Château Lamothe Bergeron 在波爾多的歷史已十分悠久，城堡建造於16世紀，原本的名字是 Château Lamothe。列代莊主中以Jacques de Bergeron最具知名度，他原本是國會議員，後來繼承了這座酒莊後致力於釀酒事業，並研究發表了許多葡萄酒相關論文，當中的🧐"Bergeron method"這種接枝法，直到二十世紀初還一直為隆河地區的葡萄農所採用，可謂對葡萄酒業界發展影響深遠。1850年代酒莊易主後，新莊主將酒莊名字改名為Château Lamothe Bergeron，希望Bergeron 這個字可以提升酒莊知名度。
Château Lamothe Bergeron百餘年來也陸續更換主人，其後酒莊隸屬於列級酒莊Château Grand-Puy-Ducasse 旗下，在 1980年代就將酒莊進行18個月大規模的設備革新，酒莊的葡萄酒質素更相應大大提升。在 1997年"波爾多梅鐸區中級酒莊大賽"(La Coupe des Crus Bourgeois)中，Château Lamothe Bergeron (1994年份)在一百多家參賽酒莊中獲得亞軍，打敗許多價格昂貴的Crus Bourgeois，名噪一時。而在 2003年由法國官方正式評選的中級酒莊(Crus Bourgeois)三級制中，Château de Lamarque 被評定為💪超級中級酒莊(Crus Bourgeois Supérieurs)，甚至2020年最新一屆發佈的中級酒莊名單中，仍然憑藉👍高質實力再度獲得此榮譽。
