📝實試筆記: 深石榴紅酒色帶啡紅邊框。成熟的西梅、布冧、樹梅莓果香，加上奶油、拖肥、甘草、可可豆香氣，調合出陳熟複雜韻味。入口單寧細緻綿密，洽到好處的樹莓與李子乾果味道，帶上甘草、荳蔻、咖啡與一絲木炭、煙燻礦物質多層次底韻，搭配各式紅肉及硬芝士都更添美味。

Pessac-Leognan作為波爾多的法定子產區，應該算是年紀最輕的一位。從1987年獨立成產區至今不過30年而已，但這個最年輕的產區卻足以傲視群雄。它除了是五大酒莊之一Chateau Haut-Biron的座落點外，此地區出產的酒款，更是以酒體濃郁、果味及酒體層次豐沛而聞名於葡萄酒界。

Chateau Le Bruilleau位於Pessac-Leognan南部，Nadine和Serge Bedicheau兩夫婦為酒莊第四代傳人，現今他們的兒子亦已參與莊園的營運工作。莊園由5個優質地塊組成，總佔地面積10多公頃。這些地塊位於緩坡上，土壤為粘土-石灰石結構或礫石。葡萄達到理想成熟程度時，採用全人手採收並會經過嚴謹分揀程序，之後進行4-5天的低溫浸漬，以提取額外的顏色、風味和結構。而葡萄發酵則會根據不同品種和地塊，分別在個別溫控不銹鋼桶中持續3-4週。完成發酵之後，不同葡萄品種酒液會分別注入25%新的法國橡木桶中陳釀12個月，陳釀期結束後會於酒莊調配溫合及裝瓶。
