📝實試筆記: 以豐富的櫻桃、黑莓、藍莓和李子醬等果香為主導，加上柔和的香草、甜香料及點點煙燻複雜氣息作襯托。入口絲滑順喉，嬌嫩的莓果味道，帶上朱古力和草本香料的甘甜及一絲絲礦物質感，餘韻優雅迷人。酒體結構融和，而且層次多元，是令人一再回味的高質美酒。

Chateau Lespault-Martillac位於Pessac-Leognan產區，前身是一個自羅馬時代便開始釀造葡萄酒的小酒坊，酒莊的正式建立是在18世紀。2008年，被現任莊主Jean-Claude Bolleau所收購。他為了充分發掘酒莊潛力，便與產區內另一著名列級酒莊『騎士酒莊』莊主Olivier Bernard洽商，但原來這位酒界著名釀酒帥兼列級莊莊主亦早已睇中莊園的卓越風土條件，雙方一拍即合，並簽訂了一份長期的租賃合同。自此Chateau Lespault-Martillac全權交由Domaine de Chevalier的Olivier Bernard莊主營運發展。
現時酒莊佔地9公頃，葡萄樹平均樹齡為40年，由列級酒莊Domaine de Chevalier同一釀造團隊精心呵護管理。葡萄園實行有機種植方式外，還引進了先進的肉食螨(Predatory Mite)害虫防控技術。當葡萄達到理想成熟程度時，會以全人手採收，並以細小柳條籮運送至酒莊進行多次嚴格篩選、去梗和破皮等處理。破皮後的葡萄會送入開放式發酵罐進行發酵，期間更會進行數次手工壓帽和淋皮。完成發酵的酒液會注入橡木桶中進行4-5個月的酒泥陳釀，然後混合調配。完成調配之後，還要再注入三份一新法國橡木桶中繼續陳釀14個月，最後於酒莊裝瓶出售。
🧐酒友經常將Domaine de Chevalier比喻為Medoc頂級酒款，酒體雄厚豐沛、兼具直率和非凡深度的風格，而Chateau Lespault-Martillac則是風格迷人，具有自然、絲滑和華麗的一面，產生出如女性般優雅誘人感覺及帶點Pomerol特色的佳釀。不得不提，Robert Parker、James Suckling等著名酒評家對此酒多個年份打出90分以上的高度評價，並多次登上法國多家權威葡萄酒雜誌專業介紹，深受葡萄酒愛好者熱烈追捧。
