📝品酒筆記: Chateau Pierre 1er 2019呈現深邃嘅紫紅色，帶紫色邊緣，酒色濃郁誘人。開瓶散發濃烈嘅黑莓、野李子同可可粉嘅香氣，夾雜雪松、橡木苔同香料盒嘅細膩氣息，仲有陣陣黑巧克力同胡椒粒嘅複雜香氣，層次豐富。入口果味濃郁，果香濃烈卻不失優雅，帶有香料同烤橡木嘅風味。單寧柔順細膩，似絲絨般滑順，酒體飽滿，結構平衡，酸度適中。餘韻悠長，帶有礦物感、苦巧克力同輕微花香嘅回味，令人回味無窮。

Chateau Pierre 1er位於波爾多右岸 Saint-Emilion 產區嘅著名石灰岩高原，毗鄰頂級名莊Chateau Cheval Blanc同Chateau Figeac，地理位置得天獨厚。酒莊前身為Chateau Croix Figeac，2014年由現任莊主Jean Dutruilh改名為Chateau Pierre 1er，以紀念其父親Pierre Dutruilh，體現家族對土地同釀酒嘅熱情。酒莊自1984年起由Dutruilh家族 擁有，Jean Dutruilh於2000年代接管，聯同著名釀酒顧問Michel Rolland同Julien Viaud進行現代化改造，包括精細地塊管理同嚴格選果，令酒款品質顯著提升。酒莊面積11公頃，採用可持續農業，注重環境保護，確保葡萄園健康同葡萄酒品質。
Chateau Pierre 1er擁有11公頃葡萄園，位於Saint-Emilion嘅石灰岩-黏土土壤同沙質-礫石土壤，排水性能佳，利於 80% Merlot同20% Cabernet Franc成熟。葡萄樹平均樹齡35-40年，種植密度6600-8200株/公頃，採用傳統犁地同人工除草，7月初進行葉面修剪，8月初綠色採收，確保果實濃度。酒莊禁用化學除草劑，改用生物防治，注重可持續發展。
採收喺9月中至10月初進行，全程人手採收，葡萄經嚴格手工同光學分選，裝喺小箱運送，保護果實完整。釀造方面，葡萄喺溫控不鏽鋼桶（25-28°C）進行酒精發酵同長時間浸漬（3-4星期），保留果香同單寧平衡。酒液喺30%新法國橡木桶同70%二填桶陳釀16-18個月，增添香料同烤橡木嘅層次。
