📝實試筆記: 深邃紫紅寶石酒色，美妙迷人的酒香，充滿成熟紅、黑漿果與香料芬芳，香氣層次豐富而且互相配合。口感濃郁豐沛，單寧細緻柔順，入口富肉質感的布冧、野莓、櫻桃等水果味道，揉合巧克力、一點皮革、甜香料與微微木質辛辣感，結構充滿內涵，而且非常優雅，實是近年副牌酒首選之一。

Chateau Lascombes是波爾多Margaux法定產區的二級酒莊。它創立於十七世紀，酒莊名稱亦是來自當時的主人Antoine de Lascombes家族；在十九世紀時，本酒莊的聲譽可謂如日中天，因此在1855年的頂級酒莊分級中榮獲二級的評等。然而由於業主幾經易手，其表現也隨之起起落落；在二十世紀後半，酒莊的表現可說和它等級應有的水準相去甚遠。
  不過從2001年起，酒莊又邁入另一個高峰期。美國退休金基金Capital Colony集團入主酒莊，大力整頓葡萄園和酒窖設備，找來五大酒莊之一Chateau Lafite前任首席釀酒師Dominique Befve掛起督軍師印，同時還請到世界知名的釀酒師Michel Rolland擔任釀酒顧問，甚至把產量減少到原本的三分之一以提升酒質。現在酒莊擁有廣達120公頃的葡萄園，是波爾多頂級酒莊裡面積最大的之一。
  在投注了這麼多心力之下，酒莊出產的葡萄酒質果然馬上有了大幅的躍升，接連幾個年份都獲得全世界愛酒人士的高度讚譽，酒莊進入21世紀後的耀眼表現，可說是再現貴族的風華。現在的酒莊風格以高雅均衡、年輕時有甜美果味著稱，陳年後也有良好的複雜度變化，是性價比很好的選擇。酒莊的副牌酒是Chevalier de Lascombes，使用未被正牌酒採納的原材料釀造，所以具有正牌酒款身影，但價格更為親民，是受到酒友熱烈追捧的Margaux副牌酒款之一。
