📝品酒筆記: 深石榴紅寶石酒色。香甜優雅的紅莓、櫻桃和玫瑰花果香，伴隨著牛軋糖和點點烘烤麵包、香料氣息。口感高雅細緻，嬌柔的紅莓、覆盤子味道，帶著一絲絲可可豆及礦物質感餘韻。

Chateau Prieure-Lichine(麗仙酒莊)的歷史可追溯至中世紀，當時矗立在這片土地上的是一間修道院，而修道士們正是第一批在這裡栽種葡萄樹的人，那時的葡萄酒主要是供應給教區居民與宗教儀式所用。但由於出產的葡萄酒質素遠近馳名，所以引起了其他地區人們的極大興趣，尤其是英國人的關注。經過數個世紀後，這裡的酒開始外售，為修道士們帶來了很不錯的經濟收入，並在1855年列級酒莊評級之中，被評為四級酒莊。此後，酒莊經過了大革命、經濟蕭條和戰爭的影響，陷入衰退狀態。

直到1951年，一位擁有超過60次買賣二、三級酒莊經驗，同時也是《在法國葡萄酒路上On the Wine-Routes of France》和《葡萄酒和蒸餾酒百科全書The Encyclopedia of Wines and Spirits》的作者Alexis-Lichine聽取了朋友的意見，買下了修道院，並正式把修道院的名字更改為Chateau Prieure-Lichine。

Alexis-Lichine之後透過從附近名莊買入或租借土地的方式，不斷地擴充葡萄園，使酒莊橫跨了瑪歌(Margaux)產區的五個村鎮：Margaux、Cantenac、Labarde、Arsac和Soussans。同時他還擴展並修建了酒窖，並根據酒莊所處狀況對其進行大量投資，這令酒莊知名度及卓越葡萄酒質素，於酒界無人不識。

至1999年酒莊易主為Ballande集團，這是一間集農業、運輸與礦業於一體的巨大國際企業公司，直到今天，它們依然是酒莊擁有人。但值得一提的是，Ballande Group聘請著名釀酒師斯Stephane Derenoncourt擔任Chateau Prieure-Lichine(麗仙酒莊)的釀酒顧問，他是全球最具影響力的釀酒顧問之一，他所指導釀造的多款葡萄酒都曾獲得Robert Parker的滿分評價，可見其釀酒技藝之高。

而此Confidence de Prieure-Lichine為酒莊出產的副牌酒款，除了使用預備作正牌酒款造酒的年青葡萄樹果實製作外，其他釀造方式皆是一絲不苟，所以可從此酒當中，一探酒莊出產葡萄酒的獨特風土韻味。
