📝實試筆記: 晶瑩剔透淺金黃酒色。礦物質的火石氣息，揉合西柚、楊桃、檸檬草等花果香氣及絲絲奶油芳香。入口酸度柔順，番石榴、青檸皮和口中慢慢浮出的檸檬、礦石餘韻，與各式奶油白汁菜餚都容易搭配。

Chateau Guiraud位於波爾多的Sauternes產區是世界知名的甜酒產區，但它所出產的乾白亦享負盛名。而且Chateau Guiraud是1855年的頂級特級莊園，更是該產區最著名的酒莊之一。自1996年以來，莊園一直致力於生物多樣性，並於 2011年獲得了法國有機農業認證。在85公頃的沙礫和粘土礫石上，長相思和賽美蓉葡萄藤經過精心培育。酒莊更設有專門用於生產G Chateau Guiraud的44公頃的葡萄園區，該園區內葡萄平均樹齡為30年。葡萄使用全人手採收，經過近3週的發酵期後，會轉移至橡木桶中陳釀7-8個月，同時期內亦會進行酒糟以增加香氣及保持水果的均衡純度。
