The suave tannins have a fine structure and support the rich black currant fruits. It is a wine to age for a few years and drink from 2024.

📝實試筆記: 深邃紅寶石酒色。酒杯上首先傳來迷人玫瑰花芳香，緊接是濃郁黑莓、黑醋栗等黑色水果，混合覆盤子、櫻桃果香，加上辛辣香料、木材和些許菸絲氣息，香氣複雜濃厚。酒體豐滿，單寧圓潤柔軟，口感絲滑順喉。莓果、巧克力、加上點點奶油拖肥的甜美醇和味道及甘草的微微甘涼餘韻，感覺舒服平易近人，不禁一再舉杯品嚐。

因為酒標是一個金色的美人魚，所以也被世人稱為美人魚酒莊！這個在1855年被評為三級莊的Chateau Giscours坐落在舉世聞名的瑪歌(Margaux)產區，擁有300公頃廣大的葡萄園面積，是波爾多西岸範圍最大的莊園之一。

1552年，由波爾多的商人Pierre L’Homme購入這片土地，開始種植葡萄的歷史。隨後，這個偶然的葡萄園事業一直受到當地商人、國際巨企的支持，

經過多年的投資和經營，才讓Chateau Giscours成為瑪歌地區最宏大，最壯觀的酒莊之一。

美人魚城堡總面積達 300公頃，其中94公頃為葡萄園，分佈於瑪歌產區內。25%的葡萄樹樹齡超過40年。葡萄園土壤為砂礫沖積層土以及石灰石和粘土。土壤排水性能良好，非常有利於葡萄樹的生長和果實的成熟。同時，酒莊亦採用傳統的釀造工藝為葡萄酒增添風味。美人魚城堡紅葡萄酒(Chateau Giscours)，依年份在控溫的不銹鋼大桶發酵18-28天，發酵溫度為26-28℃，之後在橡木桶中陳釀15-18個月，橡木桶每年更新比例為50-80%，視年份而定，然後再用蛋清進行澄清。

而這支波爾多三級名莊Chateau Giscours出品的Le Haut-Medoc de Giscours，是酒莊專門劃出60公頃釀造的暢銷酒款，而該地段剛好走出Margaux而進入Haut Medoc，所以名字因此而來。Le Haut-Medoc de Giscours釀造方式與正牌同樣經過嚴格監控管理，葡萄酒充滿複雜的酒香，帶有煙燻和木質香氣，單寧圓滑柔軟，融入嘴內，妙不可言，實屬性價比超強之選。
