📝實試筆記: 深紅寶石泛紫的酒色。濃郁豐富的黑色漿果香氣，混合了朱古力、奶油、木材及白胡椒等氣息。入口單寧細緻幼滑，醋栗、覆盤子、布冧配合純黑朱古力及一絲土壤和菸草味道，與各款精美粵式佳餚容易搭配。

Chateau Laroque(拉羅克城堡)始建於12世紀，期間經過數度易主，至19世紀時被Maurice Dufaure de Rochefort先生成功收購，並於完成收購後投入大量資源，將莊園及釀酒設備作全面的翻新重建。現在莊園面積為61公頃，是波爾多右岸Saint-Emilion產區最大的葡萄園。當中包括Grand Cru Classe地塊及用作釀造Les Tour de Laroque的Grand Cru葡萄園區域。在葡萄採收季節，酒莊會因應每塊葡萄園的果實成熟度進行全人手採收及分揀，收得的葡萄經發酵及橡木桶陳熟後，會再於酒莊內裝瓶陳存等待適時出售。

Elegant, medium-bodied, seamless and incredibly silky, it will keep for a decade or more. " 02/19

🏅James Suckling 90 pts: Focused and pure aromas of blueberries and blackcurrants with plenty of flowers, such as violets. Full-bodied, firm and velvety with firm tannins and a flavorful finish.

🏅Wine Advocate-Parker 89pts: Made of 96% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc from vines more than 50 years old, the medium to deep garnet-purple colored 2016 Les Tours de Laroque opens with pretty raspberry coulis, black cherries and warm plums scents with underlying fungi, black loam and cracked pepper hints plus a touch of beef drippings. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and fresh, with a firm line of grainy tannins, it delivers a graceful, earthy finish.
