🏅Jeb Dunnuck 95-97pts - The flagship from Xavier is the 2019 Chateauneuf Du Pape Cuvee Anonyme, and in 2019 it’s 60% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah, and the balance a mix of permitted varieties. Partially destemmed and brought up in a mix of demi-muids and tank, it offers a beautifully pure, vibrant bouquet of black raspberries, white and black pepper, candied orange, and violets. Complex, layered, and nuanced, this beauty is medium to full-bodied, has a seamless texture, and a great finish. 
🏅James Suckling 93pts -  Lots of black cherries and plums with toasted spices, crushed walnuts, grilled herbs, roasted meat and wet earth. Full-bodied with chewy tannins and a firm, chalky texture. Structured and layered with ground black pepper and blue flower undertones to the vivid blue-fruited palate. Toned and tense in the finish. / 🏅VIVINO 4.1

📝實試筆記: 此酒甚具隆河區獨有的風味，成熟豐富的黑莓、藍莓、櫻桃、無花果、李子和紫羅蘭花果芳香，揉合雪松、胡椒、甘草等草木香料及一絲絲石墨、烘烤木材氣息。口感層次多元，莓果味道熱情奔放，卻不失優雅個性，加上錦上添花的礦物質悠長餘韻，彰顯出釀酒大師的獨到手藝。

著名釀酒大師Xavier Vignon擔任過250多家葡萄酒生產商的顧問(包括Raymond Usseglio、Jerome Quiot、Beaurenard等)，堪稱隆河區的Michel Rolland。他成為釀酒師之前的原本專職是地質研究學家，因接到很多釀酒師委託工作的關係，所以對於各葡萄品種亦有極高的掌握度。在1990年代中期，他第一次造訪南隆河時便愛上了該地區令人驚嘆的葡萄品種、風土和葡萄酒的多樣性。憑藉過往豐富的經驗、創新的天性和對該地區風土的深入了解，在標誌性風格上建立了質素卓越的個人葡萄酒品牌。
Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Anonyme的選材方式非常嚴謹，在接近120個不同的隆河區葡萄園中，挑選出當年度表現最為優異的地塊，再從當中的老藤樹上揀選出最好的葡萄造酒(所以該區果農皆以能和Xavier合作為榮)。葡萄經過篩選、緩慢的溫控發酵與橡木桶陳瓖等步驟後，得出的葡萄酒具有甜美的果實風味與隆河區不易見到的優雅個性，而且一直深得葡萄酒大神Robert Parker的90+高分讚譽。
