為令你品嚐到Pessac-Leognan產區獨有的卓越風土特色，今次特別以超值價格推薦呢支靚年份、多評分及飲家肯定的Chateau Haut-Bergey 2015。酒莊在當地的悠久歷史可追溯至15世紀。目前莊園佔地40多公頃，莊主為提升葡萄酒質素，大量投放資源在增添設備和人才技術上，早期已對葡萄園進行了先進的土壤深層分析，以鞏固有機和生命動力種植法栽種葡萄技術，並以光學儀器加強人手採收完美成熟葡萄的精準度，而收獲得來的葡萄經過仔細的釀造工序之後，酒液會注入橡木桶中陳釀16-18個月，釀造期間更得到著名飛行釀酒師Miche Rollands作指導，所釀出的葡萄酒能帶出色深、濃厚果香與橡木桶豐富層次的Pessac-Leognan獨有風土韻味~

📝實試筆記: 深邃得不透光的酒紅色。開瓶立即噴發出馥郁的黑果香氣，黑醋栗、黑布冧、藍莓、李子，混和奶油、香草及點點皮革、煙燻氣息，透氣30分鐘後更開始轉化出黑加侖子、焦糖、月桂葉和紫羅蘭的醇香。入口豐沛的黑色水果味道，揉合栗子、咖啡、黑朱古力和一絲涼涼的微甘餘韻，單寧溜滑軟熟，薄薄的包裹舌頭，層次感豐富而醇厚。
