Suave, dark plums and blackberries with hints of mocha and warm baking spices. The palate has a vivid bright supple core of ripe, spiced plums and mocha to close. Mid-weight but has some chew.

The 30% new wood in this wine from Lionel Poitou (5th generation) shows in the minty flavors. They balance with the ripe black-currant fruits to produce a wine that will benefit from aging. Juicy, dense and smoky, it's a ripe wine that will be ready from 2023.

Chateau Tour du Haut-Moulin是法國波爾多Haut-Medoc產區的酒莊之一，多年來一直由Poitou家族擁有，經過其家族五代人的不懈努力，酒莊已經數次在中級酒莊評鑑中贏得殊榮(包括最近2020年公佈的中級酒莊名單)，實力証明葡萄酒一貫保持高質素。莊園目前佔地35公頃，其中有50％的土地用來栽培Cabernet Sauvignon，有45％的用來栽培梅洛Merlot，還有5％的土地用來栽培Petit Verdot。重點是莊園出產的葡萄僅用來釀製自家品牌單獨一款葡萄酒，可見酒莊對葡萄酒質素的堅持與要求之高。
