🏅James Suckling 91 pts - Soft and tannic for the moment slightly closed but well done. Round and powerful in the mouth, fruit wall, good freshness. Good deal!

🏅Yves Beck 93-95 pts - Deep Purple. Intense Bouquet evoking liquorice notes, blueberries and blackcurrants. Pleasant scent of fresh candied fruits. Sweet and refreshing attack. The wine is endowed with a good aromatic intensity with chocolate notes. The tannins are slowly revealed at the end of the mouth and are granular in nature. Good symbiosis between the structure and the tannins. The finale is marked by prune notes. Nice length. A wine that can be enjoyed in his youth but has a good potential to guard also.

📝實試筆記: 深邃的石榴紅寶石酒色。成熟的布冧、藍莓、李子果香，配合奶油、咖啡、可可豆、橡木、菸葉和甘草典雅芳香層層遞進，香氣複雜而富層次感。入口單寧軟熟細膩，酒體結構均衡優雅，酸度得宜，布冧、藍莓果味與咖啡、可可豆甘醇味道相互融和，為整體味道增添不少creamy感，收結帶一絲甘草、胡椒和燧石氣息。是一支充分表現出釀酒師的精湛用桶工藝與獨特風土韻味的高質美酒。

紅霞歌酒莊(Chateau Haut-Chaigneau)坐落在聖愛美隆和波美候兩大著名產區交界處的尼雅克古老小鎮。在酒莊的觀景平台可以看到Chateau Petrus、Chateau Cheval Blanc等著名酒莊。1967年，現任莊主巴斯卡夏杜耐先生的父親，人稱“葡萄樹之父”波爾多右岸最大的葡萄苗木供應商安德里夏杜耐先生，買下了這片極具能力和潛力的優質葡萄園。作為波爾多著名釀酒學院明星博士畢業生的莊主巴斯卡夏杜耐先生，多年來一直跟隨父親打理家族酒莊和葡萄苗木公司，並與妻子多米尼柯女士創立了今天全球最權威的的Excell伊賽爾葡萄酒試驗室。試驗室專作陳年橡木桶有關的研究，這些研究結果一直不斷影響著世界葡萄酒發展，並且令他們至今依然是這個領域的最具權威人仕。而且他憑著對葡萄酒的熱情，以強大的革新、前瞻和執行力，使得Chateau Haut-Chaigneau名聲拔地而起及獲得眾多酒評家的崇敬和欣賞。
