蒙卡維酒莊(Chateau Mongravey)目前葡萄園佔地19公頃，當中13公頃位於瑪歌產區中心位置阿爾薩克(Arsac)高原上，這是瑪歌產區的心臟地帶，其餘6公頃則位於上梅鐸(Haut-Medoc)產區。現任莊主Regis Bernaleau先生，從1980年起由父親手中接掌酒莊之後，便聯同太太Karin Bernaleau一直悉心經營至今。莊園的葡萄經採摘、篩選、破皮後，會放入具有溫控功能的不銹鋼發酵鑵中進行發酵，得出的酒液再注入60%新的法國橡木桶中陳釀熟成16至18個月，最後才於酒莊裝瓶出售。
酒莊自2003年起已獲得中級酒莊(Cru Bourgeois)稱號，於2020年公佈的中級酒莊三級制當中，更晉升為超級中級酒莊(Cru Bourgeois Superieur)，於瑪歌產區眾多名星實力酒莊當中，僅有三家酒莊獲得此榮譽，而且每年出產的葡萄酒皆獲得眾多酒評家高分讚賞，這足見Chateau Mongravey的葡萄酒質素非常之高。

📝實試筆記: 深紅寶石中微微泛紫的艷麗酒色。豐富濃郁的黑加侖子、黑莓、西梅等黑色水果香氣，並帶著一絲絲皮革、香草及薄荷芳香。可能是女釀酒師釀造的關係，雖然香氣豐富濃郁，但聞落非常優雅誘人。入口單寧細緻絲滑，酒體平均，酸度適中，莓果揉合紅茶味道洽到好處，而且能令人感受到一份柔韌的勁度，非常耐飲。
