📝品酒筆記: 2018年的Dauzac是一款迷人、平衡、質感出色的瑪歌葡萄酒，擁有豐富的成熟紅色和黑色水果、乾花、巧克力和熏香的氣息，輕盈的丹寧和出色的餘韻。這是一款肉質、平衡、風味豐富的美酒，今天已經非常好喝，但在冷藏酒窖中可以保存15年。(Jeb Dunnuck)

都沙城堡(Chateau Dauzac)坐落於法國波爾多的瑪歌(Margaux)產區，在1855分級(1855 Classification)中被評為第五級酒莊。

酒莊歷史非常悠久，其歷史可追溯至12世紀末。16世紀中後期，時任法國財務總理的波爾多葡萄酒商人Pierre Drouillard成為酒莊新主後，Chateau Dauzac在他帶領之下逐步成為Medoc最出色的酒莊。

直到18世紀，讓-巴普蒂斯特·林奇(Jean-Baptiste Lynch)接管酒莊，他曾任波爾多市市長且在路易十八(Louis XVIII)時期被封為貴族，在他的管理之下，Chateau Dauzac一躍成為當時最為顯赫的莊園之一。在1863年，當時擁有寶嘉龍城堡(Chateau Ducru-Beaucaillou)的Johnston家族購入都沙城堡，自始酒莊出產的葡萄酒便開始被貼上標誌性的黃色酒標。

而酒莊的近代史，是從1988年保險公司MSIF買下酒莊，進行現代化更新開始。從2013年，酒莊新任總經理(Laurent Fortin)不斷將Chateau Dauzac出產的葡萄酒質素推向頂峰，他與酒莊的技術總監(Philippe Roux)及聖安哥橡木桶公司(Seguin Moreau)進行合作，研製出帶有雙層透明條的發酵罐，可以隨時觀察罐內葡萄的發酵過程。在不斷挑戰和創新理念之下，酒莊亦開始培養並使用自家葡萄園內的本土酵母菌進行葡萄酒發酵。其後酒莊更成為首座開始致力於素食酒(Vegan Wine)研究及釀造的1855列級莊。如今，Grand Cru Classe Chateau Dauzac葡萄園的面積為49公頃，位於瑪歌產區的45公頃葡萄園和上梅多克的4公頃葡萄園均採用生物動力技術進行種植。而所出產的葡萄酒皆獲得眾星級酒評家高分表揚，及受到廣大葡萄酒愛好者熱烈追捧。
